We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be right for you. If you wish to return an item, you have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. If your item does not fit, we recommend placing a new order for the size required and returning the unsuitable product.
We are unable to refund any items that appear to be worn, washed, are not in original condition or have tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour. If you are returning a large product, such as luggage, then please contact us.
If you want to return your goods, you will need to complete a returns form to obtain a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).
The return cost is at your own expense, but for our customers based in France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Australia, and the US, we recommend using the ReBOUND return service for a more affordable, fully tracked option.
If you choose to return with ReBOUND, you will be able to pay for your return postage online and you can print out your local return label. ReBOUND will keep you informed on the journey of the returned parcel. You can begin your ReBOUND return here.

Once we have received your parcel and carried out the inspection, Country Attire will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Country Attire reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
