Need to send your purchase back to us? No problem, we have tried to make returns from overseas as easy as possible. You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund. We cannot accept any refunds that appear to be worn, washed, have their tags removed or are not in original condition. Items must be free from signs of wear and odour.
If you require an alternate size, we recommend placing a new order for the size required and returning the unsuitable product.
To return your product, there is no need to contact us, you just need to complete the returns form to receive a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Once you have obtained your Returns Authorisation Number (RAN), follow the simple steps below to begin the returns process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returns from overseas.
- Securely repackage your product and attach a note to the front containing your name, billing address and order number. You will also need to address the parcel to our UK address. You can locate our UK address at the bottom of this page.
- Return your product via your preferred courier or local postal service. We always advise customers to select a tracked service to follow the journey of their parcel.
Once your product(s) have been received and inspected by our warehouse, Country Attire will issue a refund less the original delivery charge. Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Country Attire reserves the right to not issue a refund and will arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.
