Country Attire is passionate about all customers receiving a first-class experience from start to finish and so, we will ensure that you are able to either amend or cancel your order where possible.
After your order has been placed, our warehouse team works tirelessly to pack and ship your parcel as quickly as possible. To avoid any disappointment please contact our live chat at the bottom right of the page within 15 minutes of processing the order, as there is only a small window whereby we are able to make changes to or cancel your order. What to do if your order has already been dispatched:
- If your order has already begun the journey to your home, we advise returning the parcel once it arrives.
- If you accidentally entered the wrong address, you will automatically be refunded once the courier returns the parcel back to the sender.
- If you have ordered the wrong size, please return the parcel to us and re-order the correct size.
To ensure a seamless returns process, we offer a free service via Rebound UK. To get started, simply fill out this form. All items will be checked by our returns team once they arrive back to us, so please keep all tags on and items in their original condition. If having passed the checks, we shall issue a full refund minus the outbound delivery cost.
