We use a variety of carriers, and we choose the most appropriate carrier depending on the weight, value, destination of your order and shipping method that was selected at the checkout.
When shopping on our website, the checkout page will inform you of how long each delivery type will take as well as the cost.
If your order is tracked, you shall receive a tracking email to follow your parcel’s journey to your address. Not all standard orders are tracked, and some do require a signature at the address to confirm delivery.
