For customers unavailable to receive deliveries, we recommend contacting the chosen courier using the tracking number provided. In many cases, you can easily schedule redelivery at a more convenient time. If this is not possible, please contact us straight away and our friendly team will assist you.
If DPD was your chosen service, you can choose an address of your choice via the DPD app. Any deliveries attempted and unachieved by Royal Mail will be diverted to your closest Post Office Depot. A delivery notice will be left with instructions for you to collect your order from the collection point.
